I've been there only twice, and I must say, the buffet is a fabulous place to bring your your family. Not only does it have excellent food choices but it also has a great staff working there. One of my favorites there are the crab legs. Another seafood choice is the salmon, which is also very good. Since the closure of Santos Buffet in Coconut Creek, I have been searching for a great Japanese buffet to replace Santos. And I think I have found it in Coral Springs. Keep up the good work Fujimura Buffet!

Fuji Mura Buffet in Coral Springs is an Asia fusion all-you-can-eat experience with lots of variety. They have a sushi bar, seafood section, hot food, soups and plenty of desserts. I was in the area and we found Fujimara! We came for dinner right at the time they were opening. Everything was spotless. I loved that they had several options for sushi and also sashimi. They also have meat and broccoli that was my favorite!! Anyways check it out. Also the price is good. For two people who ate a lot of sushi it was $80.

We went weekday at dinner the place was very quiet. Nice place with hot food and of course sushi. Everything was nice, nothing at all to complain about. Reasonable parking.
Sandy is amazing and absolutely phenomenal. Food was delicious and hot! She was personable and funny. Her service was excellent! She kept our drinks filled and our plates on the table were cleared fast and quick. She was attentive and kind. I will most definitely be back for her service and personality
